Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
The Department of Commerce & Management offers three-year full time Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) undergraduate degree programme. This programme is affiliated to University of Kota, Kota and recognizes by Govt. Rajasthan.
B.Com (Pass course) is a three-year undergraduate course imparted in regular full time mode. In the B.Com course, candidates are taught core subjects related to commerce and finance. In the three-year duration, the candidates are given options to choose from a few elective subjects too. Three major departments of ABST, EAFM, and BADM are fully functional in the college.
In today’s job market, only a B.Com degree is not enough. After completing the degree, students must pursue post-graduation in Commerce, Accounting and Finance. Courses like M.Com, MBA, CA, CS etc. are a good options for B.Com graduates. B.Com graduates can also prepare for competitive exams for appointment in Government sector. But those who wish to start working immediately after completing the B.Com course, can find various jobs at junior level in accounting, commerce, banking and finance and related fields.
Eligibility: Minimum 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognized board, 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/SOBC candidates
